• Guidance on what existing furniture and decor to keep on display in your home vs what you should pack and remove

• This package includes pieces selected by the stager that will best help to provide you with quality photographs for selling your home and give your house a better aesthetic for showings. A partial stage helps to add warmth for your photos and potential buyers as they tour your property. This will include plants, décor, smaller pieces of furniture, a Queen bed and side tables for the primary bedroom (if needed), blankets/pillows, rugs, etc. A partial stage includes only pieces that can be tranported without hiring a truck and movers.

• Rooms typically included are the living room, dining room, primary bedroom, breakfast nook, office, exterior entryway, interior entryway.

Renew for 30 days at 60% of your total original investment.
